The designer and developer of 439 Metropolitan Green is Mark Helder, principal of Helder Design. Helder's expertise is developing and implementing sustainable buildings with a high design standard. He is committed to bringing energy-efficient,environmentally responsible housing to the luxury and affordable-housing sectors.
In addition to designing sustainable housing, his past projects include non-profit and commercial spaces. Helder started Helder Design in 1998 in the Netherlands and relocated to New York in 2002. Helder Design will open its new studio space on the ground-floor commercial unit of Metropolitan Green.
